THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
Please only apply if you are truly able to commit, to the entire event. 2-8 PM plus set up & tear downtime (11-9 pm). Some artists apply and then come unresponsive please don't do that! Time is a valuable resource for everyone. We are not interested in promoting resellers of mass-produced products. Please do not sneak this stuff in! This is an art/ artisan/ handmade market, we also accept vintage vendors too.
Assigned load-in times start as early as 11:00 am. You will be asked about your preferred load in time.
All vendors making sales in Illinois are required to report, collect and pay all tax due based on their total receipts within ten (10) days of the close of the exhibit. You can find out more info here.
Pop-up licenses... More info coming soon. The current best practice is for vendors to go get an annual license. We heard the process will change again next April. We are required to ask for IDOR & your pop- up user license number.
